Please Note: We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Our Shipping Options
We offer two straightforward shipping methods to suit your needs:
• Standard Delivery
• Delivery Time: 3–5 working days.
• Cost: FREE on all orders.
• Ideal for those who are planning ahead and want complimentary delivery straight to their door.
• Express Delivery
• Delivery Time: 1–2 working days.
• Cost: £5.95 (or FREE on all orders over £150).
• Perfect if you need your new backpack in a hurry for an upcoming weekend trip or commute.
Order Processing & Dispatch
• Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched on the very same working day.
• Weekend Orders: Any orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend and Bank Holidays, will be securely processed and shipped on the following working day.
• Tracking Your Journey: As soon as your premium item leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique real-time tracking link.
Courier Partners & Delivery Security
To guarantee that your premium backpack arrives in pristine condition, we partner with trusted British courier networks, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.
For your peace of mind and the security of your purchase, a signature may be required upon delivery, or you can specify a designated safe place via the courier’s tracking app once your parcel is en route.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your package, the courier will leave a calling card. This card will provide simple instructions on how to rearrange a convenient delivery time or how to collect your item from a local service point or depot.
